Sales Representative for Chromatography Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Agilent Technologies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our Chromatography and Spectroscopy solutions in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Solve complex customer issues and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
- University degree in a Life Science field (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology...).
- First experience with analytical techniques like chromatography (GC, LC, GC/MS, LC/MS, HPLC) and/or spectroscopy (Atomic & Molecular).
- Full proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
