Job Title: Order Fulfilment Operator

Aristocrat Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Operator to join our production team. As an Order Fulfilment Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of machines to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work to an assigned daily schedule and daily output target provided by the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production.
  • Accurately prepare machines to the specification of a customer order work instruction.
  • Read and comprehend BOM instructions, complete material requisition and material return forms.
  • Convert machines to specification as per instructions from the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production and relevant paperwork.
  • Keep records of technical specification including individual customer notes so that repeat orders can be identically set up if required.
  • Complete build paperwork for all completed units in a timely and legible fashion.
  • Understand company policies and make the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production aware of the potential for any unapproved software or hardware installed.
  • Be familiar with the service/parts manuals and additional technical notes.
  • Organise the packing of stock and machine orders making the Order Fulfilment Team Lead – Production aware of packing material shortages.
Requirements:
  • 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • A qualification in Electronical engineering would be deemed an advantage.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • A mature approach and professional presentation.
  • Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to relate to and communicate with all other associates.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Outgoing, friendly and positive personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to be a strong team player in a demanding situation.
  • Ensure you understand and comply with company and venue OH&S policies, procedures and regulations, including the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors and contractors.

  • A friendly and positive personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with internal and external customers.
  • To configure machines whilst ensuring the customer receives a product that is of the highest quality and in accordance with their requirements (subject to compliance restrictions).
  • Be fully aware that the customers are defined as: The Paying Customer, The Internal Customer, your colleague whom is the recipient of your work.
  • To comply and be aware of the Aristocrat Corporate procedures manuals.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • A mature approach and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to multi-task.
  • Excel Computer literacy with regards to: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
