Strategic Indirect Buyer - Eosol Group

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Indirect Buyer to enhance our procurement strategy within the wind energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex indirect spend assignments, including tooling, consumable office supplies, and training.
  • Drive the implementation of a digital marketplace and catalogue for operational workers.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with internal business partners as key accounts.
    • Anticipate needs through regular communication.
    • Understand business partner pain points.
    • Develop solutions-oriented approaches.
    • Obtain budgets and specifications.
    • Participate in process developments.
    • Improve and coordinate shared processes.
  • Lead the procurement phase and strategy development, animating and defining the pace at each step.
  • Manage global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, and process improvement.
  • Identify and manage Total Cost of Ownership, considering factors beyond the purchasing phase.
  • Optimize the supplier base, maintaining relationships with preferred suppliers, sourcing new suppliers, and driving a pragmatic and optimized IoT of suppliers.
  • Lead the process until contract signature and support the Tactical Purchasing team for PO creation, presenting the contract to internal business partners and following up with contract management.
  • Maintain the price database up-to-date.
