Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirects and Capex Sourcing Manager to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our Sourcing and Procurement department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and supporting the achievement of departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Management: Oversee the performance of Indirects and Capex Sourcing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Business Partnership: Collaborate with the Sourcing function, specifically with the VP of PM/EPC and Indirect Spend, to drive business results.
  3. Financial Planning and Analysis: Participate in annual budget planning, analyze forecasts, and track risk and opportunities, ensuring connection with the group P&L.
  4. Cost Center Controlling: Manage Cost Center controlling for Indirects and Capex, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  5. Deputy Tasks: Perform deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department, supporting the team in achieving its objectives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in Economics, Business Management, or a comparable qualification.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP modules CO/MM/BI, and SQL. Power BI skills are desirable.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a structured approach to work. High reliability in deliverables, pragmatism, assertiveness, and the ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making.
  4. Language Skills: Application-safe spoken and written English skills.
