- Team Management: Manage, motivate, and train the warehouse team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Control: Control and coordinate the processes in incoming goods, outgoing goods, and the technical repair center, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with quality control, accuracy, and punctuality standards.
- Inventory Management: Control and monitor the warehouse control center in our system, ensuring that all material movements are accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Quality Control: Support in the area of quality control and improvement of quality management, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize workflows and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with operational and legal requirements in the areas of health and safety, environmental protection, and quality management.
- Education: University studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Several years of working experience in warehouse management and logistics in a technical industry or with technical products or components is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English language skills (both C1) are mandatory. Daily working languages will be Spanish and English.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in Spanish health and safety regulations and other relevant law and regulations is required.
- Soft Skills: Service orientation, quality awareness, strong team spirit, social skills, positive attitude, and hands-on approach.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills and the ability to optimize processes and bring in ideas.
