Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Europa Se & Co. Kg. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our endoscopy products in the assigned territory and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets set in the Commercial Plan of Olympus Iberia.
- Promote OLYMPUS products in the assigned territory.
- Provide customer support and manage all incidents related to daily activity.
- Prepare budgets for customers and create offers.
- Assist in managing payments with customers: claims, payment conditions, and invoicing, etc., in accordance with internal policies established for the entire organization.
- Prepare and create required documentation for public tenders.
- Attend live interventions to perform product demonstrations (Operation Patient Demonstration).
- Perform customer training courses in coordination with the Technical Service team.
- Attend Congresses and Meetings: Attend scientific meetings or any event to promote and make known the characteristics of OLYMPUS products.
- Participate in sales meetings of the division/line of business where your presence is required.
- Perform technical product training courses at the Central European headquarters, as well as the courses carried out by Olympus Iberia.
- Manage and Report Daily Activity: Control and report daily activity through the CRM tool to consolidate the coverage of established objectives, perform sales follow-up, and detect business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Studies: Preferably University Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or Engineering.
- Specialization: Sales; Customer Support.
- Experience: Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Office Skills: Mastery of office tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Languages: B1 level of English required.
