Job Title: Strategic Indirect Buyer

About EOSOL GROUP:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Indirect Buyer to enhance our procurement strategy within the wind energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex indirect spend assignments, including tooling, consumable office supplies, and training.
  2. Implement and maintain a digital marketplace and catalogue for operational workers.
  3. Maintain and improve relationships with internal business partners as a key account.
  4. Anticipate and address business partner needs through constant communication.
  5. Understand business partner pain points and develop solutions.
  6. Drive global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, and process improvement.
  7. Manage Total Cost of Ownership and oversee procurement beyond the purchasing phase.
  8. Optimize the supplier base by maintaining relationships with preferred suppliers, sourcing new suppliers, and driving a pragmatic and optimized IoT of suppliers.
  9. Lead the procurement process until contract signature and support the Tactical Purchasing team for Purchase Order creation.
  10. Present contracts to internal business partners and follow up with contract management.
  11. Maintain an up-to-date price database.
