Tooling Buyer Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tooling Buyer Trainee to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rest of the team in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Team: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Track Invoices: Monitor and manage invoices to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
- Prepare and Present Reports: Develop and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Support Launching POs: Assist in the preparation and launch of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Download Technical Documents: Obtain and manage technical documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
- Education: Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Possess a good level of English, with fluent conversation skills.
- Technical Skills: Have high expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (if possible).
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate an open, proactive, dynamic, and organized way of working.
- Cultural Fit: Be keen on working in an international environment and facing new challenges.
- Reliability: Possess a high degree of reliability and ability to work in a team.
