Job Summary
Red Hat is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Leader to drive growth across Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to spearhead revenue growth. In this customer-focused role, you will leverage strong executive presence and thrive in a matrixed organization. You will expertly manage customer and partner relationships while executing Red Hat's Enterprise go-to-market strategy to ensure smooth, predictable growth with focus, alignment, and precision execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate sales and revenue growth strategies across Iberia
