Customer Service Expert for Automotive Industry in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing quick and effective resolutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality service
- Record interactions in the system and meet agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate with the team on special projects when needed
- Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus
- Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Competitive salary: €**28,000 - €35,000 per annum**, based on experience, with salary increase after the 7th month
- Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM schedule
