Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing quick and effective resolutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality service
  • Record interactions in the system and meet agreed service level agreements (SLA)
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects when needed
Requirements
  • Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus
  • Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

  • Competitive salary: €**28,000 - €35,000 per annum**, based on experience, with salary increase after the 7th month
  • Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM schedule
