At Aircall, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Spanish market team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, researching relevant markets, and developing consultative sales skills to drive growth and revenue.

Your Mission
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue qualified business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer segments, and prospect information to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns via email and phone to engage with potential customers.
  • Understand the prospect's business needs and develop targeted solutions to address their challenges.
  • Highlight the value proposition of Aircall's technology to generate interest and curiosity in the market.
  • Document all sales activities and progress in Salesforce, with ongoing training and support.
  • Participate in team events and conferences to build relationships and drive growth.
About You
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus.
  • A willingness to develop and refine sales skills through ongoing training and coaching.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to working in a diverse and international team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
