Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer at PepsiCo Deutschland Gmbh, you will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team in Barcelona. Your role will involve creating and supporting global digital developments around revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and more.
You will work closely with designers, process owners, product owners, and final business users to develop actionable strategies and designs. You will provide stewardship to colleagues in areas where you are a specialist or specializing.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design process from initial research, ideation, conceptualization, and design to testing and validation.
- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research to synthesize findings and build insights.
- Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide discovery and production of deliverables.
- Manage complex problems by planning and co-facilitating workshops internally and externally.
- Create project deliverables such as low-fidelity and high-fidelity UI prototypes, project plans, and insights reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience designing digital products & services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A deep understanding of Service Design and UX Design disciplines.
- Proven experience with industry-standard design and research tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, User testing).
