Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation and maintenance of multiple landlord sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize operational performance, cost efficiency, and occupant satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of facilities-related supplies and equipment.
  • Implement industry best practices in operations.
  • Monitor and report on work order SLA adherence.
  • Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
  • Provide support for regular reporting packages.
  • Communicate regularly with clients' representatives, providing necessary support and information on the status of all areas under management.

People Management

  • Set clear objectives and expectations for the team and ensure that they are met.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.
  • Provide mentoring and enabling training and development opportunities to enhance the team's knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in developing and sustaining a high-quality, well-motivated team.

Client/Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of contact for all facility-related matters and proactively address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their expectations.
  • Communicate regularly with all parties involved, providing updates, reports, and recommendations as necessary.

Finance Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets for each landlord site, ensuring financial accountability and cost optimization.
  • Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and provide regular reports to the managing agent and clients.
