Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration within the PSP industry.

Your primary objective will be to generate leads, develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, financial institutions, and technology providers.

Your Profile
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the PSP or fintech industry;
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, merchant services, and e-commerce platforms;
  • Network within the iGaming sector;
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of smashing sales goals within Fintech, PSP, SaaS, or IT sectors;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and strengthening client relationships;
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers;
  • Proficiency in navigating the sales cycle and its phases;
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese;
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
