SMB Account Representative

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Representative to excel in selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning products and services.
  • Build complex sales strategies to ensure long-term and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve profit and revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain accurate forecasts and pipelines on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Participate in regular business reviews to identify opportunities and risks, and develop action plans to address them.
  • Ensure products, services, and solutions recommended to clients meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve high-performance goals.
  • Participate in regular meetings and share best practices with the SMB community.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 4-5 years of successful inside sales experience.
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and sound phone skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Native/Fluent French and business English, with any additional European language a plus.
