The role of a Strategic IT Business Solutions Director at JTI presents an exceptional opportunity to drive digital transformation and lead the development of innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Located in Madrid, Spain, this position requires a strong understanding of the global market landscape and the ability to integrate consumer-centric solutions.

As a key member of the Market IT Iberia team, you will be responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Cluster, serving as a solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Cluster's growth and transformation objectives.

You will work closely with global IT teams to leverage technology in enhancing our RRP product offerings and ensuring our business receives the appropriate solutions. This involves leading the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with JTI's Project Management Framework, established IT standards, policies, and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices.

To excel in this role, you must have a University Degree in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or a strong IT background/experience, with 4+ years' experience in the IT Business Solutions discipline and 2+ years in Project Management of Business Solutions/Application. A preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies with good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry is also desirable.

Able to think clearly and act decisively in crisis situations, you must be highly organized, creative, innovative, and enterprising, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo. Strong financial and budgetary understanding, project management skills, and supplier management are essential. You will also be able to network and establish good connections, working seamlessly between macro and micro views and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.

This role offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The package includes attractive benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
