About the Role

As a Medical Director Pipeline at Argenx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's medical strategy for pipeline assets and indications. Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs EMEA, you will lead the development and implementation of medical affairs strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute medical affairs strategies for pipeline assets and indications, aligning with global medical affairs priorities and enterprise goals.
  • Lead tactical planning and execution for new pipeline indications and products, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Business Operations, and Clinical Development.
  • Contribute to post-marketing strategies and evidence generation plans, ensuring sufficient EMEA input and aligned overarching strategies.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA pipeline strategy team to ensure awareness, alignment, integration, and prioritization of key tactics.
  • Maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise across all diseases and products within relevant therapeutic areas, positioning yourself as an internal and external expert.
