About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the voice of our company, you'll provide top-notch support and ensure our customers have a smooth, positive experience throughout their journey with us. From answering inquiries to solving problems, you'll play a key role in building lasting relationships and promoting our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Promote the company's vision of sustainability by educating customers on our refurbished products and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and feedback processes
  • Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in written and spoken German is essential
  • Other languages are a plus
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued and heard
  • A passion for technology, sustainability, and delivering positive customer experiences
  • Problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling challenging situations
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
