Workday Integrations Manager

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain or Delhi, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, building, and deploying Workday integrations, including RaaS, Core Connectors, PECI, and Studio interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and design new systems and technologies to meet internal and external user requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain documentation of HR integrations and processes.
  3. Project manage Workday integrations, including gathering requirements, following up on project tasks, timeline, planning, and effort estimations.
Requirements:
  1. Preferred education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency with web service technologies, including REST and SOAP-based web services, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
  3. Minimum 4-year experience in Workday integrations, including payroll integration implementations, Workday configuration, planning, and effort estimation.
  4. Experience with Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, connecting to external APIs, error handling, and error logging.
  5. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in integration systems and project management.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
  7. Ability to facilitate communication between business and technological teams.
  8. Proven ability in problem solving and proactive in issue resolution.
  9. Delivers timely and quality work while demonstrating effective work prioritization.
  10. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others.
  11. Experience with mass loads of data changes in Workday.

Language skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills welcome.
