Radisson Hotel Group, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Manager to join its dynamic team in Madrid, Spain or Delhi, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, building, and deploying Workday integrations, as well as analyzing and implementing new systems and technologies to meet internal and external user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and deploy Workday integrations, including RaaS, Core Connectors, PECI, and Studio interfaces.
  2. Analyze and implement new systems and technologies to meet user requirements.
  3. Maintain and support outbound and inbound integrations in the existing Radisson Workday Integrations catalogue.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation of HR integrations and processes.
  5. Project manage HR integration initiatives, including gathering requirements, planning, and effort estimations.

Requirements:

  • Preferred education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with web service technologies, including REST and SOAP-based web services, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll Integration implementations, including Workday Configuration, Planning, and effort estimation.
  • Minimum 4-year experience in Workday Integrations Project, including Payroll and EIBs, and experience with Workday Studio, Workday Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and other Workday-related integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in integration systems and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business and technological teams.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
  • Delivers timely and quality work while demonstrating effective work prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others.
  • Experience with mass loads of data changes in Workday.
  • Optional experience with Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Web, and Android development.
  • Language skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills welcome.
