Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain or Delhi, India. As a Workday Integrations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Workday integrations, as well as analyzing and preparing new systems and technologies to meet internal and external user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implement Workday Integrations: Manage, design, build, and deploy Workday integrations, including RaaS, Core Connectors, PECI, and Studio interfaces.
  2. Analyze and Prepare New Systems: Analyze, design, and prepare new systems and technologies to meet internal and external user requirements.
  3. Maintenance and Support: Maintain and support outbound and inbound integrations in the existing Radisson Workday Integrations catalogue.
  4. Documentation and Project Management: Develop and maintain documentation of HR Integrations and processes, and manage projects including gathering requirements, following up on project tasks, timeline, planning, and effort estimations.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency with web service technologies, including REST and SOAP-based web services, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies. Experience with Workday Payroll Integration implementations, including Workday Configuration, Planning, and effort estimation.
  3. Workday Experience: Minimum 4-year experience in Workday Integrations Project, including Payroll and EIBs, and experience with Workday Studio, Workday Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and other Workday-related integrations.
  4. Integration Systems and Project Management: Demonstrated experience and knowledge in integration systems and project management, including configuration, integrations, security, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to facilitate communication between business and technological teams, using understandable vocabulary for non-technical stakeholders, and demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, and additional language skills are welcome.
