Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a Workday Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, designing, building, and deploying Workday integrations, as well as analyzing and preparing new systems and technologies to meet internal and external user requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and Design Workday Integrations: Develop and implement Workday integrations, including RaaS, Core Connectors, PECI, and Studio interfaces.
- Analyze and Prepare New Systems: Analyze and prepare new systems and technologies to meet internal and external user requirements.
- Maintenance and Support: Maintain and support outbound and inbound integrations in the existing Radisson Workday Integrations catalogue.
- Documentation and Project Management: Develop and maintain documentation of HR integrations and processes, and manage projects, including gathering requirements, following up on project tasks, timeline, planning, and effort estimations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with web service technologies, including REST and SOAP-based web services, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies.
- Workday Experience: Minimum 4-year experience in Workday Payroll Integration implementations, including Workday Configuration, Planning, and effort estimation, data consolidation with third-party payroll systems, User Acceptance Testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Integration Experience: Minimum 4-year experience in Workday Integrations Project, including Payroll and EIBs, and experience with Workday Studio, Workday Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and other Workday-related integrations.
- Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during Workday and third-party vendor implementations.
- Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills welcome.
