Customer Support Specialist for Geospatial Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our support function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional technical support and guidance.
About the Role:
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our geospatial software products, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
- Work closely with colleagues to create engaging content, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing role, preferably in the geospatial industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
