As an International Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive world-class support. Your tasks will involve:
- Handling all pre-, during- and post-travel related questions for business customers;
- Making new flight reservations in Amadeus;
- Changing existing reservations in Amadeus;
- Checking rules and regulations for tickets regarding cancellation or change;
Your daily work includes tasks like these: Responsible for handling all support before, during and after travel related questions for Business customersMake new flight reservations in AmadeusChange already existing reservations in AmadeusCheck rules and regulations for tickets regarding cancellation/change etc.Responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interactionAccurately logging all interactions via Client's Contact Management SystemCommunicate positively with team members, customers, and other partnersEscalate issues to the appropriate department according to Client's Procedures
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled professional who speaks and writes German at a native level and is fluent in English (B2). You have experience in GDS and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have travel business experience and skills in e-ticketing, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
