Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business outcomes and get the most value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and challenges
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers using our Artificial Intelligence capabilities
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase footprint
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, leveraging resources across the company ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis
  • Experience working collaboratively
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus
  • German speaking
  • Expectation to come into our office in Madrid 2-3 times a week
