Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our European CX team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Italy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and managing handover requests
- Delivering an excellent service experience through empathetic and interactive communication
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Managing customer communications and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, while also contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Requirements:
- Proficient/Fluent level of Italian, Spanish, and English
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
