Cyber Protection Leadership Opportunity

Acronis is a leader in cloud cyber protection. We are seeking a Cloud Partnership Growth Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a #CyberFit future.

As a Cloud Partnership Growth Manager, you will work closely with our Inside Sales Channel Management organization to identify and develop strategic partnerships. Your primary goal will be to drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning, increasing adoption of new services, and creating a best-in-class partner experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • Performing territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners
  • Developing account plans with managed partners, including level of detail depending on partner engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
  • Training new and existing partners on existing and new products
  • Guiding partners through the onboarding and enablement process, equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Motivating and enabling partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attracting new customers, and retaining existing customers
  • Driving partner satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Engaging and orchestrating internal resources to support dedicated partners' growth
  • Profiling managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use, documenting information in the Partner Passport
