Dyson Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Dyson. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with enquiries, and finding solutions to issues with their orders or devices.
You'll be working with leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving problems with their machines. In some cases, you may agree to arrange a technician visit or send additional/spare parts directly to the clients.
As a Dyson Ambassador, you'll educate customers on Dyson Technology, demonstrating a full understanding of our products and brand values. You'll also be on the lookout for opportunities to discuss new and exciting products with clients, as well as existing products (cross-selling and up-selling).
Requirements include a fluent level of written & spoken Finnish, a good level of English to communicate with our international team, and eligibility to work in Spain. You'll appreciate excellent customer service, have good computer skills and experience with MS Office, and be solution-oriented to provide the best outcome for the customer.
