About the Role

At ByteDance, we are committed to inspiring creativity and enriching life through our innovative products and technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Pico Enterprise team as a Sales Lead for XR Commercial Director.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing commercial relationships with key stakeholders across various verticals, including training, education, healthcare, and location-based entertainment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that Pico maintains its leadership position as the primary dedicated enterprise XR devices company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a leading evangelist for the brand by attending industry events and speaking at conferences/tradeshows.
  • Build connections across the market by engaging with stakeholders through direct outreach (calls, meetings, etc.).
  • Drive new business by deploying devices with new projects or end-customers who haven't used PICO devices before.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a software or hardware XR company.
  • Ability to travel across Europe, UK, Middle East, and ANZ regions.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing seven-figure deals.
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience.
