PICO Enterprise Team Overview

The PICO Enterprise team connects businesses with extended reality (XR) technology and devices. We offer a broad range of models to meet various use cases, from patient care and corporate training to location-based entertainment and educational settings. As the new commercial director, you will establish connections between Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and end customers, ensuring PICO maintains its leadership position as a dedicated enterprise XR devices company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a leading evangelist for the brand by attending industry events and speaking at conferences/tradeshows.
  • Build connections across the market by engaging with stakeholders through direct outreach (calls, meetings, etc.).
  • Drive new business by deploying devices with new projects or end-customers who haven't used PICO devices before.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a software or hardware XR company.
  • Ability to travel across Europe, UK, Middle East, and ANZ regions.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing seven-figure deals.
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience.

Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and the responsibilities outlined, we estimate this role to have a salary in the range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
