Senior Commercial Strategist for EMEA Capital and Service Sales

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Strategist to join our EMEA Capital and Service Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence and growth in the region. This role requires a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, as well as a strong ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive capital and service commercial strategies to improve business performance, market penetration, and revenue growth.
- Analyze current sales operations and propose improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision making by leveraging analytics to assess market trends, customer insights, and sales performance.
- Establish and track key metrics related to commercial excellence, including revenue growth, profitability, capital sales vs placements, and service penetration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commercial roles with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional, cross-cultural teams in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in English is required, with ideal candidates having a MedTech or Pharma background.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
