About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team at Babel Profiles S.L. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Monitor and manage our cloud infrastructure, including Citrix and Windows Server, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Microsoft 365 Implementation: Implement cloud solutions and manage user and license administration through the Microsoft 365 admin center and Azure Active Directory.
  • Security and Compliance: Monitor and manage security alerts through the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, responding to incidents and ensuring the protection of sensitive data.
  • System Migration and Integration: Migrate systems and data to Microsoft 365 and integrate with third-party tools, such as CRMs, ERPs, and document management systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 services and features, and manage the adoption of new technologies to ensure seamless integration into our organization's environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in ICT or Automation, and at least three years of experience as a System Engineer or Support Engineer.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Citrix, and Windows Server.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
