MCAD Technical Support Specialist with Multilingual Expertise

Arena is seeking a highly skilled MCAD Technical Support Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our support organization, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our customers and partners, working closely with services and account teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support services to customers, investigating and resolving complex issues related to PTC's MCAD system Creo Parametric.
- Collaborate with global support colleagues to provide world-class technical support, leveraging your expertise to drive customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with services and account teams to ensure effective issue resolution, meeting sales and services goals.
- Develop and publish knowledge articles to enhance customer and employee experience.
- Participate in continuous training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Strong capacity to develop personalized customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in implementing or supporting Client-Server architecture or multi-tier applications.
- Demonstrated ability to solve analytical problems, maintaining effective and precise investigation and documentation for issues and customer use cases.
- Bonus: Experience in Creo Parametric or other MCAD systems (e.g. Catia, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Optional: Experience in Mechanical Engineering, basic programming, computer networks, or operating systems.
- Proficiency in English and one of Italian, French, or German.
