About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MCAD Technical Support Specialist to join our global team at PTC Inc. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support services to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and online support platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to PTC's MCAD system, Creo Parametric, and other related products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including services and account teams, to ensure seamless issue resolution and meet sales and services goals.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PTC's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge articles, FAQs, and other documentation to support customer self-service and improve overall support efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in MCAD systems, with a focus on Creo Parametric and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Italian, French, or German.
