**The Role**
We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth Specialist to join our Sales team in Spain. In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM to enhance our sales, client services, and marketing strategies. Your mission will be to ensure CRM data integrity, create insightful reports, and build strategic dashboards that drive decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reporting tools to provide executive management with customized reports and dashboards.
- Predict sales performance and resource allocation using sales forecasting techniques.
- Manage and maintain data quality, ensuring data cleanup, de-duplication, and integration with other systems.
- Develop and articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and provide actionable business intelligence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and support the launch of our GenAI and SaaS services.
**Requirements**
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools and experience with data visualization using Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, and Python programming is a plus.
