Digitsonly is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer retention efforts. As the Head of Customer Loyalty, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales and maximize customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive online sales and improve customer retention
- Optimize our website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase online visibility and drive sales
- Create and manage sales funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee email marketing efforts and coordinate with other marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ecommerce manager, preferably in the beauty or nail tech industry
- In-depth knowledge of CRO, SEO, and email marketing best practices
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication and collaboration abilities
