About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and responsible individual to join our powertrain calibration team as a Calibration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in powertrain and engine calibration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calibration responsibilities in powertrain calibration, emissions, GPF, base calibration, and more.
• Development of calibration methodologies to improve the calibration process.
• Perform chassis dyno or engine bench testing, depending on the calibration area responsibilities and project.
• Road testing for real driving conditions validation of the calibration, including test trips depending on the calibration area responsibilities on the project.
• Reporting to the team leader and client during the development of the project.
Requirements:
• Good English level; French or German is a plus.
• Engineering degree or similar; Master degree is a plus.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of powertrain and engines.
• High sense of responsibility, goal-orientation, and teamwork skills.
• Extra-curricular activities like Formula Student are a plus.
• Matlab knowledge is desirable.
• Driving license is needed.
