About the Role

As a Zendesk Administrator at Free Now, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer support platform. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development and maintenance of our Zendesk instance, executing day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Zendesk instance, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize forms, fields, views, triggers, and business rules to optimize support processes.
  • Implement and support new system rollouts, maintenance, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and develop new business processes and integrations.
  • Configure applications to meet strategic initiatives and client requirements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator, with a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Familiarity with the Zendesk REST API is a plus.
  • Ability to fulfill service commitments with style, speed, and skill.
  • Proven ability to earn the trust of internal and external stakeholders by providing facts, insights, and recommendations in a solution-oriented way.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
