As a Team Manager at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L., you will be responsible for driving store performance and leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring a hospitality mindset within the team.
* Develop and execute client engagement strategies to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Monitor category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
* Partner with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
* Ensure team members develop full product knowledge through training and stay aware of market trends and competitors.

**Team Environment:**

* Foster a positive and professional team environment that promotes trust, integrity, and superior performance standards.
* Provide ongoing feedback and support to client advisors to ensure their development, motivation, and sense of belonging.
* Conduct regular performance conversations and on-spot coaching to ensure consistent client experience.
* Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.

**Client Focus:**

* Demonstrate leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor and executing clientelling activities with the store team.
* Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Lead the execution of clientelling activities and develop actions to reach goals and KPIs.

**Product Knowledge:**

* Ensure team members develop full product knowledge through training and stay aware of market trends and competitors.
* Monitor category performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
* Partner with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
