Job Summary:

The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to corporate users, ensuring seamless IT operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves interacting with all company personnel, providing IT support services, and maintaining internal IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to corporate users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  2. Conduct thorough troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and root cause analysis.
  3. Manage Microsoft 365 suite and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  4. Assist with Active Directory tasks, ensuring accurate user access and permissions.
  5. Manage internal network infrastructure, including switches and access points.
  6. Execute onboarding tasks for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  7. Maintain inventory of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
  8. Identify and suggest improvements to IT procedures, enhancing overall efficiency.
  9. Continuously update technical knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain IT documentation, including manuals and articles.

Requirements:

  1. Expertise in Microsoft Desktop Systems and administration of Microsoft 365.
  2. Experience with Intune, Entra, and Windows/Linux server administration.
  3. Degree in IT Systems and Networking or equivalent.
  4. At least 3 years' experience as a help desk technician or in another customer support role.
  5. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  6. Proficient in English for effective communication in a business environment, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical personnel.

  1. Microsoft M365 Certifications.
  2. Azure Certifications.
  3. Powershell
