Key Responsibilities- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Conduct risk assessments, implement control measures, and monitor HSE performance.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate and plan the execution of office facilities general maintenance, ensure compliance with technical specifications, and manage budgets and billing.
- Emergency Preparedness: Prepare and update emergency plans, conduct drills, and ensure all teams are trained and operational.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate and resolve HSE-related incidents, coordinate necessary actions with external services, and ensure safety records are kept for audit purposes.
- Training and Development: Provide general training and information at all levels, ensure appropriate health initiatives and health surveillance are in place, and manage the resolution of office incidents.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure the site complies with Coty specific HSE standards and systems, attend management meetings to provide feedback on HSE performance, and participate in the HSE committee.
- Education: Superior certification (Master's degree or superior technical degree) in HSE (PRL) with at least two specialties in ergonomics, security, psychology, and installation.
- Experience: 3-5 years as HSE Technician or manager, preferably combined with Facilities responsibilities.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and Spanish languages.
