Office Admin Job Description

Irp Systems Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage the day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office inventory, groceries, office supplies, maintenance, and visits.
  • Assist employees with office-related requests and issues.
  • Prepare and track purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate domestic and international logistics as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years' experience in purchasing administration and logistics.
  • Proficient MS Excel skills and familiarity with Priority system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
