We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Design Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a Hybrid UX/UI, Scrum & QA Specialist, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly, while leveraging Scrum to optimize our development process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design user interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility
  • Implement rigorous QA practices to ensure the highest quality standards across the board
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX/UI design principles into the development process
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Scrum methodology and its application in UX/UI design
  • Contribute to the development of a sustainable and responsible supply chain

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in user interface and user experience design principles
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and a strong understanding of design principles
  • Deep understanding of Scrum methodology and its application in UX/UI design
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing processes
  • Natural problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
