Program Overview

The Program Assistant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the IMBA program, serving as the primary point of contact for students and professors. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between various departments, including Faculty, Admissions, and Registrar's Office, to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and professors, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a high volume of emails and maintain accurate records of student information.
  • Coordinate logistics for program deliveries, including catering, extracurricular events, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist the Program Management Team in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of customer interface, with strong organization skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Curious and open to learning, with strong team-working skills.
  • Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
