Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our OEM and Media team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Brand and Media Partnership Managers in their daily business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing invaluable assistance in creating insights, reports, and fostering relationships crucial for our Brand and Media Partnership Managers.
  • Supporting Account Managers D2C, particularly on Dealer Level with leading automotive brands.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and our business operations.
  • Creating excellent reports, e.g., with regards to media campaigns & brand performance.
  • Understanding the needs of OEMs and addressing these effectively.
  • Fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating at a manager level.
  • Implementing divisional processes and contributing to the growth of our team.
Responsibilities

As a Business Development Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of business strategies and plans.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs and dealers.
  • Developing and implementing effective communication plans.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in G-suite, especially Sheets + Slides (or Microsoft Office).
  • Nice to have: CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Organizational and structural approach.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Efficiency-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Nice to have: Sales + Design (Adobe) skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish + comfortable with English.
