Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our OEM and Media team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Brand and Media Partnership Managers in their daily business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing invaluable assistance in creating insights, reports, and fostering relationships crucial for our Brand and Media Partnership Managers.
- Supporting Account Managers D2C, particularly on Dealer Level with leading automotive brands.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry and our business operations.
- Creating excellent reports, e.g., with regards to media campaigns & brand performance.
- Understanding the needs of OEMs and addressing these effectively.
- Fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating at a manager level.
- Implementing divisional processes and contributing to the growth of our team.
As a Business Development Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of business strategies and plans.
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs and dealers.
- Developing and implementing effective communication plans.
- Providing administrative support to the team, as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in G-suite, especially Sheets + Slides (or Microsoft Office).
- Nice to have: CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Organizational and structural approach.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Efficiency-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Nice to have: Sales + Design (Adobe) skills.
- Fluent in Spanish + comfortable with English.
