Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be part of the Hermès Rise program, designed to prepare future managers in retail. This 12-18 month development program includes a 3-6 month international experience, providing participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a store leadership role.

In this dynamic retail environment, you will develop expertise in product knowledge, client management, back-of-house operations, and leadership. You will receive comprehensive training from experienced teams and actively participate in store projects.

Benefits
