Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Email Campaign Development: Design and execute email campaigns that align with business objectives, including building emails from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
- Email Marketing Calendar Management: Manage and execute email/SMS marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders.
- Personalization and Testing: Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalization, and devise and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work in partnership with designers and digital content specialists to optimize email creative and template structure based on best practices.
- Email Rendering and Reporting: Perform render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails are rendering correctly for the majority of the subscriber base, and provide regular campaign performance reports.
- Marketing Automation Experience: Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms.
- Email Regulations and Compliance: Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes.
- Email Marketing Database Management: Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database.
- Technical Skills: Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch, using SQL and similar queries to analyze data, and proficient in data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written communication skills, strong project management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Annual Training Budget: Annual training budget to be determined based on needs.
- Variable Salary: Variable salary within our incentive plan: 10%.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Continuous workday every Friday of the year + the month of August, and one day of teleworking per week allowed.
