Job Overview
">We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service and prompt issue resolution.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekend or late shifts as required.
Qualifications
">- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in B2 English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
