About the Role

Agilent Technologies Spain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our European HR Services Team, you will be responsible for managing administration and payroll tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage payroll and HR administrative tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Collaborate with a payroll vendor to ensure a seamless and efficient payroll process.
  3. Respond to HR and payroll-related queries from employees and managers, providing timely and effective support.
  4. Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation, including contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits.
  5. Participate in local and global projects that require HR services expertise.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in handling payroll and HR administrative tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland.
  2. Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, with additional language skills a plus.
  3. Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
