Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our European HR Services Team, you will be responsible for managing administration and payroll tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administration and payroll tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland
  • Work with a payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll process
  • Respond to incoming HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers
  • Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation, such as contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits
  • Participate in local or global projects that require HR services expertise
Requirements
  • Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
